No shows and/or cancellations less than 24 hours before the set appointment time will be charged 50% of the total of the missed appointment. No show clients will immediately be blocked from booking again. A deposit will be required upon re-booking for last minute cancellations. Please “Confirm” appointment when you receive a confirmation text for your service, if appointment is not confirmed it may be canceled automatically. Late policy: If you are to be 15+ minutes late there will be a late fee of $15 per 15 minute period. (ex. 15 mins late = $15; 30 mins late = $30; etc.). You’ll be given a 15 minute grace period, however I may or may not be able to do your service if you are any later than this depending on my schedule and is completely up to my discretion. Please be sure that you are aware of the location of the salon, and that you will be able to make it to your appointment. Deposits will not be refunded if you book an appointment and the day of the appointment realize it’s out of your proximity.
